If you are only looking for the cheapest room available, this is not that. The rate reflects a prepared space, a cleaner process, and a better result.
THE STUDIO

The space is set up to remove friction before your client walks in. Lighting is dialed in, the layout is straightforward, and the room is private, so you stay focused on directing, shooting, and getting the result you came for.
This is not a rent-a-room situation where you lose the first half of the session figuring things out. You walk into a working backdrop studio designed for pace, control, and clean output.
1. Full lighting rig, pre-set and tested
Walk into a setup that is ready to shoot, so your time goes into the frame—not cables, stands, and last-minute adjustments.
2. Private changing room
Clients can change quickly and comfortably between looks without slowing the pace of the session.
3. Prop and backdrop selection
Options are already on site, so you can shift the look fast and keep momentum without rebuilding the set from scratch.
4.Studio camera with settings support
If included in the booking, the camera is there as part of a working setup—not as a gimmick, and not as a replacement for your process.
5. One booking at a time
No overlapping sessions, no extra foot traffic, no divided attention. The room is yours for the time you booked.

Booked by photographers creating polished portraits before major events. These sessions usually need fast transitions, reliable lighting, and a space that keeps the client calm while the clock keeps moving.
JULY - NOVEMBER
Portraits & branding
Editorial portraits and portfolio-building season. Booked for tests, branding sessions, look refreshes, and high-output creative work. This is the busiest stretch for photographers building multiple looks in one day.
Year-round
Personal & concepts
Campaigns, personal work, and styled concepts. Used for shoots that need privacy, structure, and the ability to move quickly from one look to the next without relying on a public location or inconsistent natural light.

Every block includes the same base studio standard. Higher blocks add time, room to breathe, and more creative setups — not a different experience.

Where is parking located?
Parking details are sent with your booking confirmation so arrival is straightforward and on time.
What is the rescheduling policy?
You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date.
Is lighting equipment provided?
Yes. The studio includes a working lighting setup prepared for portrait and creative sessions. Expanded setups are included in longer bookings.
Can I book extra time?
Yes, if the calendar allows it. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments and confirmed in-studio before it is added.
What are the studio rules?
